book + lust | the house of paper

when i have free time, i like to wander over to the local library, walk around the fiction section, and find a story to get lost in.  when choosing which book to read, i always consider the title and of course, the book cover! 

being a paper lover, i couldn't pass up the book by Carlos Maria Dominguez titled The House of Paper.  the story chronicles the special relationship people have with books, and despite the popularity of digital readers, i will always be a fan of a good dogeared book.  aside from the book's petite size and title, the cover art instantly grabbed me (there's also charming illustrations inside the book!).
