logo + design | last fling before the ring

one of my good friends is taking the plunge into matrimonial bliss in february, and the maid of honor asked me if i'd like to create a little logo for her bachelorette party to go on goodie bags and party favors. 

the logo features heart shaped handcuffs with the catchphrase "last fling before the ring" sprouting out of the cuffs in place of a chain.  i wanted it to look playful with a touch of naughtiness and whimsy.

this is my second take on the project.  my sister told me the first draft looked too nautical and flat, so i had to do a retake!
